Do not delay, disregard, or replace medical care because of information found on this website or shared in coaching, mentoring, or consulting sessions.
2. Not Psychotherapy or Psychiatric Care
Resilient Grace does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, clinical mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
Therapeutic mentoring may include emotional support, mindfulness, somatic awareness, recovery support, reflective conversation, habit-building, self-inquiry, values clarification, accountability, and personal growth work.
It is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatry, trauma treatment, eating disorder treatment, addiction treatment, or other licensed clinical care.
If your needs require licensed clinical support, you are encouraged to work with an appropriate provider.
3. No Diagnosis or Treatment
Resilient Grace does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental-health condition, medical condition, addiction, eating disorder, trauma disorder, or chronic illness.
Any references to addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, autoimmune symptoms, gut health, fatigue, nervous system regulation, family systems, or related topics are for educational and supportive purposes only.
4. Addiction and Eating Disorder Support
Addiction and eating disorders can be serious and potentially life-threatening.
Support from Resilient Grace is not a substitute for medical detox, inpatient treatment, residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, therapy, psychiatric care, nutritional rehabilitation, medical monitoring, or emergency care.
If you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms, medical instability, suicidal thoughts, severe restriction, purging, uncontrolled bingeing, relapse risk, or other urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical or clinical care immediately.
5. Integrative Health Coaching
Integrative health coaching may include education and support related to nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, movement, mindfulness, complementary care, and navigating the healthcare system.
This information is not medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, diet, treatment, exercise program, or medical plan.
This is especially important if you are pregnant, medically complex, immunocompromised, in active treatment, taking medication, recovering from an eating disorder, experiencing addiction or withdrawal risk, or living with a diagnosed medical or mental-health condition.
6. Supplements, Nutrition, and Complementary Care
Any discussion of supplements, herbs, nutrition, detoxification, complementary therapies, alternative care, or integrative care is educational only.
Natural does not always mean safe.
Supplements and complementary therapies may interact with medications, medical treatments, surgeries, mental-health conditions, eating disorder recovery, addiction recovery, or underlying health issues.
Review any choices with a qualified healthcare provider.
7. Team Consulting
Team Consulting may support communication, care planning, family support, recovery support, educational support, or coordination among people involved in a client's wellbeing.
Team Consulting is not medical case management, legal advice, school-placement advice, psychotherapy, mediation, custody evaluation, special education legal advocacy, or clinical treatment planning.
Any medical, legal, educational, or clinical decisions should be made with appropriately licensed professionals.
8. Educational Content

They are not individualized medical, clinical, legal, educational, or financial advice.
Your situation is unique, and you are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply any information.
9. Client Agreement Controls
If you become a client, your services may be governed by a separate signed client agreement.
That agreement may include additional terms related to scope of services, confidentiality, communication, scheduling, payment, cancellation, referrals, and client responsibilities.
If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for the services described in that agreement.
10. Personal Responsibility
Healing work is personal and individual.

11. No Guaranteed Results
Resilient Grace does not guarantee specific results.
Testimonials, stories, examples, or descriptions of healing are not promises that you will experience the same outcome.
Recovery, health, relationships, nervous system change, family dynamics, and personal growth are influenced by many factors.
12. Referrals
When appropriate, Resilient Grace may suggest that you seek support from a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, educational, or other professional.
Any referral or resource is provided for convenience and does not guarantee the quality, availability, suitability, or outcome of that provider or service.
